FRONIUS AND VICTRON ENERGY PROVIDE STABLE POWER SUPPLY
A cheap, stable and uninterrupted power supply from the public
grid is often unavailable in remote regions. Diesel generators
have to step in to fill the gap. Together with Victron Energy,
Fronius is working on solutions in the area of rural electrification
that will allow diesel generators to be completely switched off,
cutting costs enormously.
Fronius and Victron Energy have put their partnership to the
proof once again with a new project involving Spanish cereal
producer CETOSA:
Three Fronius Symo 20.0-3-M inverters have been installed
alongside six inverter chargers and four BlueSolar charge
controllers from Victron Energy, to ensure a continuous and
uninterrupted power supply in the 82kWp microgrid system.
Matthijs Vader, Managing Director of Victron Energy, is delighted
by the collaboration with Fronius: “Our partnership and the
resulting ideas and solutions are being very well received by our
customers”.

As smart energy management is becoming increasingly important Fronius has developed a flexible
solution for private consumption of self-generated PV electricity. Solar energy is used for electrical
consumption where it is generated instead of feeding power into the public grid. This supports our
vision of energy autonomy and adds efficient energy management to the Fronius product portfolio.
