Unbedingt die Sicherheitsvorschriften in der Bedienungsan­leitung beachten!

 Gerät abschalten und Netzstecker ziehen!
 Seitenteile und Gerätedeckel entfernen
 Schutzkarton entfernen
 Montage der Programmschalter (Print , )

- Grobstufenschalter auf Pos. A schalten

- Feinstufenschalter auf Pos. 1 schalten

- Drehschalter auf den Prints , auf linken Anschlag
drehen

- Prints und lt. Abb.2 u. Abb.3 montieren

- Molex-Stecker lt. Abb.3 seitenrichtig einstecken

- Blindabdeckungen an der Vorderfront entfernen

- Led-Einfassungen

 Seitenteile und Gerätedeckel wieder montieren

HOW TO INSTALL THE MC57 PROGRAM MODULE

WARNING: This installation job may only be performed by
suitably trained and skilled personnel!
Follow the safety rules given in the Operating Instructions!

 Switch off the machine and uplug it from the mains
 Detach the lid and side panels of the machine

 Remove the protective cardboard cover
 Mount the program switches (boards , )

- Shift the coarse-step selector to Pos. A

- Shift the fine-step selector to Pos. 1

- Turn the dials on boards and anticlockwise as far as
they will go

- Mount boards and as shown in Figs. 2 and 3

- Plug in the Molex plug , as shown in Fig. 3, the right way
round

 Mount the display board

- Remove the filler panels from the front of the machine

- Fit the LED fixtures as shown in Fig. 3

- Remove the fastening screws from both dials and from the
changeover switch on board

- Fit board on the inside, as shown in Fig. 4

- Fix the board with the fastening screws you removed from
the dials and the changeover switch

- Attach dials and covers

- Plug in the flat-ribbon connector plug the right way round
(as shown in Fig 4) and secure it

 Replace the protective cardboard cover
 Replace the lid and side panels of the machine

ATTENTION: Cette modification ne doit être exécutée que par
du personnel technique expert!
Il faut absolument observer les instructions de sécurité indi­quées dans les instructions de service!

 Déconnecter l'appareil et retirer la fiche de réseau!
 Enlever les parties latérales et le couvercle de l'appareil
 Enlever le carton protecteur
 Montage des commutateurs de programmation (plaquette à

circuits imprimés

, )

- mettre le commutateur à gros échelons sur pos. A

- mettre le commutateur à régulation sensible sur pos. 1

- tourner le commutateur rotatif sur les plaquettes à circuits
imprimés , jusqu'à l'arrêt gauche

- monter les plaquettes à circuits imprimés

et suivant les

figs. 2 et 3

- enficher la fiche Molex du bon côté suivant fig. 3

- enlever les caches aveugles sur le front

- monter les cadres des DEL

suivant fig. 3

- enlever les vis de fixation sur la plaquette à circuits imprimés

des deux commutateurs rotatifs et du commutateur

- monter la plaquette à circuits imprimés

suivant fig. 4 sur

le côté intérieur

- fixer la plaquette à circuits imprimés avec les vis de fixation
élevées

- monter les boutons rotatifs

et les couvertures

- enficher la fiche à ruban du bon côté suivant fig. 4 et la
verrouiller

 remonter le carton protecteur
 remonter les parties latérales et le couvercle de l'appareil
