
FRONIUS INTERNATIONAL PROCUREMENT - PRIVACY POLICY
In the course of the ordinary course of business of Fronius and its suppliers - and to initiate this - relevant company
and personal data and information are stored. Most of the data is stored in a Supplier Relationship Management and
ERP system.

Sources
The data is made available by the suppliers themselves at regular intervals via online forms and queries (e.g. supplier
application, supplier self-service, etc.) or personally maintained or updated in the system or can also come from
publicly accessible sources.
Data
Relevant data are in particular company data, names, address data, contact data of the acting persons and
correspondence data. In addition, this can also include inquiry, offer and order data or data from the fulfilment of our
contractual obligation.
Purpose of processing
Handling of ordinary business transactions between Fronius and its suppliers as well as the execution of
contracts;
Initiation of new business relationships;
Assessment and evaluation of our suppliers; as well as creation of a central, transparent source of
information with regard to relevant supplier data, including contact persons for the corporate functions
concerned, primarily procurement, at Fronius.
Utilization
We use the personal data only for our own purposes in the course of the business relationship within Fronius
International GmbH and individual relevant subsidiaries of the Fronius Group (available at https://www.fronius.com)
and companies with which Fronius has an ownership interest. All personal data will be treated strictly confidential and
will not be passed on to third parties outside the aforementioned group of persons without your expressed consent.
Duration
Personal data from our suppliers will be processed for the duration of the above-mentioned purposes for which they
were collected or used as intended, and will be deleted or anonymized if required respectively requested in
compliance with the statutory deadlines. This does not apply to personal data, which must be processed beyond this
due to legal bases or legal provisions.
Rights
Affected persons have the right of:
Information about the personal data processed by Fronius concerning them;
Correction of personal data in case of inaccuracy or incompleteness;
Limitation of the processing of personal data when the relevant conditions are met, in particular when there
is a strong suspicion of unlawful processing or opposition;
Transmission of personal data in a common, structured and machine-readable format;
Deletion of personal data if legal reasons exist;
Opposition to the processing of personal data for reasons relating to the particular situation of the data subject,
unless we can prove compelling legitimate reasons for the processing; and

Complain to us if you believe that we are processing personally identifiable information improperly. In addition,
there is the right to submit a complaint at the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Wickenburggasse 8, 1080
