General The portable gas nozzle can be fitted to the PTW 3500 and PTW 3500 PAP plasma robotic

welding torches.

Tools required - Allen key, size 2 mm

- Allen key, size 4 mm

- Wrench, size 8/10 mm

or

- Tool service kit (article number 4,001,724 contains all the tools mentioned above)

WARNING! Work that is carried out incorrectly can cause serious injury and dam­age. The following activities must only be carried out by trained and qualified per­sonnel. All instructions in the section headed "Safety rules" must be observed.

WARNING! An electric shock can be fatal. Before carrying out any work on th­edevice:

- Switch the power source mains switch to the „O“ position

- Unplug power source from the mains
