Allgemeines
Betroffene Geräte - Print UBST1
Ein reparierter oder neuer Print UBST1 wird grundsätzlich mit der neuesten SoftwareVersion ausgeliefert. Dies kann zu Problemen mit dem Print UST2A führen. Ist dies der
Fall, muss
- entweder die Software-Version des Print UBST1 aktualisiert werden
- oder der Print UST2A durch den Print UST2C ersetzt werden
Ansonsten ist die Stromquelle nicht funktionsfähig.
- Print UBST1 geprüft
Stromquellen der TPS-Serie in Verbindung mit folgenden Roboter-Interfaces:
- Interbus 2MB Rugged Line
- Interbus 2MB Kupfer
- Interbus 2MB FSMA
- AB Profibus DP
- AB Interbus FSMA
- AB Ethernet IP

Verwendung von
Print UBST1 mit
Print UST2A
Treten bei der Verwendung des Print UBST1 in Verbindung mit dem Print UST2A Probleme auf, den Print UBST1 mit der Firmware Official UBST V1.05.28 bespielen.
Wichtig! Mit dieser Software-Version sind folgende Funktionen nicht mehr verfügbar:
- Erweiterung TAG-System um Pilot Plasma
- Einfügen der Software-Konfiguration MotoPro
- Einfügen der Software-Konfiguration Fanuc
- Einfügen der Software-Konfiguration DeviceNet Enterprise IGM
- Einfügen der Software-Konfiguration Kundenausführung KukaSA
- AB Profibus DP Daimler Mettingen
- Software-Konfiguration Audi B8 - Signalerweiterung um Touch sensing
- AB Ethernet / IP Serimac - Anpassung Process image
- Gateway Modbus UDP - Erweiterung extern VR
- JobMemRevision für UST und RCU5000i (Fronius Xplorer)
- Unterstützung UBST_ConfigTool für AB-Module
- Unterstützung von AB EtherCAT
- Erweiterung für Konfiguration RMS
- Auslesen der IP-Settings bei AB ProfiNet RT
Wird eine der angeführten Optionen benötigt, den Print UST2A durch den Print UST2C
ersetzen.

Devices affected - Print UBST1
A repaired or new UBST1 PC board is generally delivered with the latest version of the
software. This can lead to conflicts with the UST2A PC board. If this is the case, then
- either the software on the UBST1 PC board must be updated
- or the UST2A PC board must be replaced with the UST2C PC board
Otherwise the power source will not function properly.
- Print UBST1 checked
TPS series power sources in conjunction with the following robot interfaces:
- Interbus 2MB Rugged Line
- Interbus 2MB Copper
- Interbus 2MB FSMA
- AB Profibus DP
- AB Interbus FSMA
- AB Ethernet IP
- AB Ethernet IP (Pipe)
- AB ProfiNet RT
- AB DeviceNet Enterprise
- AB Ethernet IP inside
- AB Profibus DP external Benteler
Using the UBST1
PC board with
the UST2A board
If problems arise using the UBST1 PC board in conjunction with the UST2A PC board,
then the UBST1 must be programmed with official UBST V1.05.28 firmware.
Important! The following functions are no longer available with this software version:
- Expansion of the TAG system to include Pilot Plasma
- Addition of MotoPro software configuration
- Addition of Fanuc software configuration
- Addition of DeviceNet Enterprise IGM software configuration
- Addition of the KukaSA customer version software configuration
- AB Profibus DP Daimler Mettingen
- Audi B8 software configuration - signal extension with touch sensing
- AB Ethernet / IP Serimac - adaptation of process image
- Gateway Modbus UDP - extension with external VR
- JobMemRevision for UST and RCU5000i (Fronius Xplorer)
- UBST_ConfigTool support for AB module
- AB EtherCAT support
- Extension for RMS configuration
- Exporting IP settings on AB ProfiNet RT
If one of the above options is needed, replace the UST2A PC board with the UST2C
board.
