Before opening the device:

Turn the power source mains switch to the "O" position
▶
Unplug the power source from the mains
▶
Put up an easy-to-understand warning sign to stop anybody inadvertently switching

it back on again
Mounting optional “VR 1500
Wirefeeder hose”
(1) Tilt up the optional “VR 1500 cover” (a), if available
(2) Remove the knurled thumb-screw (b)
(3) Remove the wire infeed (c)
(4) Insert the wirefeeder hose (d) into the wire infeed opening (e)
(5) Fix the wirefeeder hose (d) with the knurled thumb-screw (b); the knurled thumb-
screw must slot into the groove of the wirefeeder hose
