Allgemeines

Gerätekonzept Die CrashBox magnetic ist speziell für die Montage am Roboterarm konzipiert und für die

Aufnahme von gas- und wassergekühlten Roboter-Antriebseinheiten ausgelegt. Das
Schweißbrenner-Schlauchpaket verläuft durch die CrashBox und in Folge durch den Ro­boterarm.

Die CrashBox magnetic ist eine Sicher­heitseinrichtung für den Roboterbetrieb. Im
Falle einer Kollision gibt die CrashBox ein
Signal an die Roboter-Steuerung aus, wor­auf die Roboter-Steuerung den Roboter so­fort stoppt. Auf Grund der Schweißbrenner­Aufnahme der CrashBox wird der Schweiß­brenner im Falle einer Kollision vor Schä­den geschützt.

General

Device concept The CrashBox magnetic is designed specifically for fitting to the robot arm and for holding

gas-cooled and water-cooled robot drive units. The welding torch hosepack runs through
the CrashBox and then through the robot arm.

The CrashBox magnetic is a safety device
for robot welding. In the event of a collision,
the CrashBox sends a signal to the robot
control, which stops the robot immediately.
The torch holder on the CrashBox protects
the welding torch from damage should a
collision occur.

Secure the robot flange with the screws provided
Tightening torque according to the table on the previ­ous page

Attach CMT mounnting bracket
Make sure to fit it correctly in line with the lugs and the
3 grooves on the bellows and flange!

Secure the magnetic plate with 3 x M4 x 16 mm screws
Tightening torque = 3.3 Nm

Fit 2-part locking ring
