- ein verständliches Warnschild gegen Wiedereinschalten anbringen
- den Drahtvorschub von allen Systemkomponenten trennen

Krantransport:
- Ketten und Seile nur an den
Aufhängungspunkten (1) einhängen
- Ketten und Seile immer an
beiden Aufhängungspunkten
(1) einhängen
- Ketten und Seile in einem
möglichst geringen Winkel
zur Senkrechten führen
- Alle Systemkomponenten
vom Drahtvorschub abschließen
- Drahtspule / Korbspule dem
Drahtvorschub entnehmen

Die maximale Traglast der Kranaufhängung beträgt 33 kg.
WARNUNG! Gefahr schwerwiegender Personen- und Sachschäden durch umstürzende oder herabfallende Gegenstände. Nach der Montage der Kranaufhängung sicherstellen, dass beide Teile der Kranaufhängung in den Ausnehmungen
(1) und (2) des Drahtvorschubes arretiert sind.

WARNING! Incorrect operation or shoddy workmanship can cause serious injury

All functions described in this document may only be carried out by trained and
qualified personnel after they have fully read and understood the following documents:

- all documents relating to the system components, especially the safety rules
WARNING! An electric shock can be fatal. Before starting work:
- turn the power source mains switch to the "O" position
- disconnect the power source from the mains
- put up an easy-to-understand warning sign to stop anybody inadvertently
switching it back on again
- disconnect the wire-feed unit from all system components
WARNING! Risk of serious injury and damage from articles being dropped or falling over. Tighten all the screws mentioned in this document to the specified tightening torque.

transporting with
the crane
Maximum load The maximum permitted load on the crane attachment is 33 kg.
WARNING! Risk of serious injury

dropped or falling over. When
transporting by crane:
- hook chains and ropes onto
the suspension points (1) only
- always hook chains and
ropes onto both suspension
points (1)
- route chains and ropes so
they are at the smallest possible angle to the vertical
- disconnect all system components from the wire-feed unit
- take wirespool/basket-type
spool off the wire-feed unit
Fitting the crane
attachment
WARNING! Risk of serious injury and damage from articles being dropped or fall-
ing over. After fitting the crane attachment, check that both parts of the crane attachment are securely engaged in recesses (1) and (2) of the wire-feed unit.

AVERTISSEMENT ! Une décharge électrique peut être mortelle. Avant d'entamer les travaux :
- Placer l'interrupteur secteur de la source de courant en position - O -.
- Débrancher la source de courant du secteur.
- Apposer un panneau d'avertissement compréhensible afin de prévenir toute
remise en marche.
- Débrancher le dévidoir de tous les composants périphériques.
AVERTISSEMENT ! Risque de dommages corporels et matériels graves en cas
de chute ou de basculement d'objets. Visser toutes les vis décrites dans ce document avec le couple de serrage indiqué.

graves en cas de chute ou de basculement d'objets. Pour le transport par grue :
- Accrocher les chaînes et les
câbles uniquement aux points
prévus à cet effet (1).
- Toujours accrocher les chaînes et les câbles aux deux
points prévus à cet effet (1).
- Positionner les chaînes et les
câbles dans un angle aussi
réduit que possible par rapport à la verticale.
- Déconnecter tous les composants périphériques du dévidoir.
- Retirer la bobine de fil ou la
bobine type panier du dévidoir.
Capacité de charge maximale
Monter le dispositif d'accrochage
pour grue
La capacité de charge maximale du dispositif d'accrochage pour grue est de 33 kg.
AVERTISSEMENT ! Risque de dommages corporels et matériels graves en cas
de chute ou de basculement d'objets. Après le montage, s'assurer que les deux
parties du dispositif d'accrochage pour grue soient bloquées dans les évidements
(1) et (2) du dévidoir.
