FRONIUS PRIMO GEN24 PLUS WITH BYD BATTERY-BOX PREMIUM IN
PARALLEL OPERATION

hereby confirms that the Fronius inverters

 Fronius Primo GEN24 Plus

can be used in combination with parallel batteries of BYD Battery-Box Premium HVS/HVM.1)

The following minimum software versions are required for this purpose:

 Primo GEN24 Plus: V1.11.6-0
 BYD Battery-Box Premium HVS/HVM: BMU 3.15, BMS 3.21

The approved combinations depending on the inverter and storage type are shown in the following table.

Please also follow the BYD guidelines for parallel operation of the BYD Battery-Box Premium HVS/HVM. Before
installation and commissioning, all instructions and documents from Fronius and BYD must be read and applied
without exception. In accordance with national legislation, we recommend using a residual current protection device
suitable for frequency converters with a tripping current of at least 100 mA.
