plastic inverter chassis
• These cannot be
repaired so this damage
requires a new inverter
chassis
• Permanent ink marks
and dents will also need
to be repaired at cost

holes will invalidate the
warranty

stripping threads

and filter board is
possible if then inverter
is not bolted to the
backplate.
• Water ingress may
occur if bolts are left

• Damage to the screen
including dropped pixels
are not covered by
warranty
• A new RECERBO board
will be required

When packing the inverter for return:
Repack the return inverter in the replacement unit’s box.
Ensure the transit cover is fitted and bolted tightly as loose components may be
damaged in transit
Ensure the inverter is bolted to the transit back plate
Securely fit the DATCOM cover to the inverter
Please include the returns paperwork for easy identification
When installing the replacement inverter:
Avoid damaging the replacement unit’s packaging. You will need this for returns
Ensure the transit cover is removed from the replacement unit
Securely fit the original inverter’s front cover to the replacement unit
Ensure the new unit is bolted to the back-plate
Programme the replacement with the correct grid code (usually GB)
