Allgemeine Infor­mationen zum
Kühlmittel FCL 10

Lieferumfang

- Bei Anlagen, welche mit einem ethanolbasierten Kühlmittel (altes Kühlmittel) betrie­ben wurden, können sich Ablagerungen im Kühlsystem gebildet haben

- Das Kühlmittel FCL 10 (glykolbasiert) löst eventuell vorhandene Ablagerungen aus
dem Kühlsystem

- dadurch wird die optimale Leistung des Kühlsystems wiederhergestellt

- Die gelösten Ablagerungen werden von dem mitgelieferten Kühlmittel-Filter auf-

gefangen

- Zusätzlich verfügt das Kühlmittel FCL 10 im Vergleich zu ethanolbasierten Kühlmitteln
über einen wesentlich besseren Korrosionsschutz

Sicherheit

WARNUNG! Fehlerhaft durchgeführte Arbeiten können schwerwiegende Perso-

nen- und Sachschäden verursachen. Alle nachfolgend beschriebenen Arbeiten
dürfen nur von geschultem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden. Alle nachfolgend
beschriebenen Arbeiten erst durchführen, wenn folgende Dokumente vollständig
gelesen und verstanden wurden:

- sämtliche Bedienungsanleitungen der Systemkomponenten, insbesondere
Sicherheitsvorschriften

WARNUNG! Ein elektrischer Schlag kann tödlich sein. Vor Beginn der nachfol­gend beschriebenen Arbeiten:

- Netzschalter der Stromquelle in Stellung - O - schalten

- Stromquelle vom Netz trennen

- sicherstellen, dass die Stromquelle bis zum Abschluss aller Arbeiten vom
Netz getrennt bleibt

Nach dem Öffnen des Gerätes mit Hilfe eines geeigneten Messgerätes sicher­stellen, dass elektrisch geladene Bauteile (z.B. Kondensatoren) entladen sind.

WARNUNG! Unzureichende Schutzleiter-Verbindung kann schwerwiegende
Personen- und Sachschäden verursachen. Die Gehäuse-Schrauben stellen eine
geeignete Schutzleiter-Verbindung für die Erdung des Gehäuses dar und dürfen
keinesfalls durch andere Schrauben ohne zuverlässige Schutzleiter-Verbindung
ersetzt werden.

VORSICHT! Verbrühungsgefahr durch heißes Kühlmittel. Alle nachfolgend be­schriebenen Arbeiten nur bei abgekühltem Kühlmittel durchführen.

HINWEIS! Sicherstellen, dass kein Kühlmittel in den Geräte-Innenraum gelangt.
Wenn Kühlmittel an die Außenseite des Kühlgerätes gelangt, dieses sofort ent­fernen.

General informa­tion on FCL 10
coolant

Scope of Supply

- For systems that are operated with an ethanol-based coolant (old coolant), deposits
may have formed within the cooling system

- The FCL 10 coolant (glycol-based) dissolves any possible deposits within the cooling
system

- This restores the optimal performance of the cooling system

- The dissolved deposits are collected by the supplied coolant filter

- The FCL 10 coolant also provides significantly better corrosion protection in compari­son to ethanol-based coolants

Safety

WARNING! Work performed incorrectly can cause serious injury and damage to

property. All work described in the following may only be performed by trained
specialist personnel. Do not perform the work described below until you have
thoroughly read and understood the following documents:

- all Operating Instructions for system components, in particular the safety

WARNING! An electric shock can be fatal. Before starting the described work:

- Set the power switch of the power source to - O -

- Disconnect the power source from the grid

- Ensure that the power source remains disconnected from the grid until all
work is complete

After opening the device, use a suitable measuring tool to ensure that electrically
charged components (e.g. capacitors) are discharged.

WARNING! An inadequate ground conductor connection can cause serious inju­ry and damage to property. The housing screws provide an adequate ground con­ductor connection for grounding the housing and should not be replaced under
any circumstances by other screws that do not provide a reliable ground conduc­tor connection.

CAUTION! Risk of scalding due to hot coolant. All activities described in the fol­lowing should only by carried out when the coolant has cooled off.

NOTE! Make sure that no coolant ends up inside the machine. If coolant ends up
on the outside of the cooling unit, this should be removed immediately.
