INDIVIDUAL MAINTENANCE PACKAGES
FLEXIBLE AND INDIVIDUAL MAINTENANCE
/ At Fronius, the customer’s safety takes top priority. An
important factor in this respect is the protection of
personnel by means of an annual safety inspection based
on EN 60974-4 (valid for Europe).
/ Fronius recommends annual safety inspections.
/ Fronius performs these tasks in compliance with the
latest regulations - naturally this can be done on site.
/ Quality assurance can only be achieved through the
calibration of welding machines. Calibration can be
carried out in your welding workshop and documented
for your Welding Procedure Specification.
/ Fronius recommends calibration to be carried out
annually.
/ Fronius performs these tasks in compliance with the
latest standards EN 50504 (Validation of Arc Welding
Equipment).
/ If a welding system on a customer’s premises should
malfunction, they will expect nothing less than fast and
dedicated assistance.
/ In this case Fronius experts from our repair centre
provide efficient support - on-site at the customer’s
premises or at the nearest Fronius specialist repair centre.
/ Customised Fronius maintenance packages guarantee
high productivity by increasing machine availability
and ensuring the welding system retains its value.
/ Always perfectly tailored to the systems and the
customer’s conditions.
/ All services can be carried out either at Fronius UK
or on-site, at the customer’s premises.
