Allgemeines

Bei 60 Hz-Betrieb des Kühlgerätes, würde ohne Bypass-Ventil ein unzulässiger Druck
am Schweißbrenner auftreten. Das Bypass-Ventil unterbindet die Entstehung eines
Überdrucks am Schweißbrenner.

Bauteile Die Bauteile für den Bypass 60 Hz liegen dem Einbauset „Autotrafo FK 9000 R“

(4,100,388) bei:

Warnung! Fehlerhaft durchgeführte Arbeiten können schwerwiegende Sach-

und Personenschäden verursachen. Nachfolgend beschriebene Tätigkeiten
dürfen nur von Fronius-geschultem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden! Beach­ten Sie die Sicherheitsvorschriften in der Bedienungsanleitung der Stromquelle
und des Kühlgerätes..

Warnung! Ein Elektroschock kann tödlich sein. Vor dem Einbau:

- Netzschalter der Stromquelle in Stellung „O“ schalten

- Stromquelle vom Netz trennen

Installation Instructions for 60 Hz Bypass

General

The result of a 60 Hz cooling-unit operation, without bypass-valve, would be an irregular
pressure at the welding-torch. The bypass valve prevents the formation of an irregular
pressure at the welding torch.

Components The components for the 60 Hz Bypass are included within the „Autotransformer FK

9000 R installation kit“ (4,100,388):

Warning! Work performed incorrectly can cause serious injury & demage. The

activities being described in the following may only be performed by Fronius­trained service-staff! Observe the safety rules in the Operating Instructions of
your power source an the cooling unit.

Warning! Electrical shock can kill. Before installation:

- Switch mains switch of the power source to position „O“

- Unplug mains plug of the power source

- Unscrew two „Extrude-Tite“ screws (5)
at the back of the cooling unit, part 1

- Fit the mounting sheet (4) by means of
the „Extrude-Tite“ screws (5)

- Disconnect the water forward-flow

- Pull off the drain hose (7) and take off
the yellow stopper

- Put the bypass valve (3) into the
mounting sheet (4)

- Connect the hose-piece (8) of the
bypass valve (3) to the plug-type
connection (5) - marked black

- Connect the water forward-flow hose
(6) to the plug-type connection (9) of
the bypass valve

- Mount the fitting (1) by means of the
hose clamp (2) to the drain-off hose
(7), using the pliers for hose clamp

- Connect the drain-off hose (7) to the
plug-type connection (8) of the bypass
valve

Instructions d‘installation pour dérivation 60 Hz

Généralités

Lorsque le refroidisseur fonctionne à 60 Hz, la torche serait soumise à une pression
inadmissible sans soupape de dérivation.
La soupape de régulation évite une surpression de la torche de soudage.

Composants Les composants de la dérivation 60 Hz sont joints au kit d‘installation “Autotransfo FK

9000 R“ (4,100,388) :

Avertissement! Tout travail incorrectement réalisé peut occasionner des

dommages matériels ou personnels lourds de conséquences. Seuls les techni­ciens Fronius qualifiés sont autorisés à effectuer les opérations décrites ci­après ! Respectez les consignes de sécurité figurant dans le manuel opératoire
du générateur de soudage et du refroidisseur.

Avertissement! Un électrochoc peut être mortel! Avant l’installation

- mettez l’interrupteur principal de la source de courant sur “0”

- retirez la prise
