SYSTEMS AND ACCOUNTS ON SOLAR.WEB
A system in Solar.web can have an undefined number of accounts assigned to it. In order to have access to a system and its monitoring features, each Solar.web account has to be added in the permission part of the system. Accounts can be added with either supervisor or guest rights. Accounts with supervisor rights will be able to add further accounts to the system.
Once an account is added to a system it will appear in the ‘My PV system’ list of the corresponding system account. This is the list/page that opens after logging in:
My PV system page – start page after login
In order to setup monitoring for a customer or to give a company access to a system for monitoring and maintenance purpose, their accounts have to be added to the system after the commissioning process of the DataManager Card 2 (see Setting-up monitoring via smart device quick guide)
Only an existing Solar.web account can be added to a system. If the person who should be added to the system has not got an account on Solar.web, a new account has to be registered on Solar.web before it can be added to the system.
