Durch den Einbau der Option Istwert-Anzeige können im Fronius Xplorer die aktuellen
Strom- und Kraftwerte der Zange angezeigt werden.

1. In der Datei „systems.xml“ den Wert „plc.actual-values-terminal“ auf 1 setzen.
2. In der Datei „blizzard.tsm“ die Klemme „actual current“ aktivieren.

Mit eingebauter Option Istwert-Anzeige ist im Xplorer ein Arbeitsblatt Istwerte ersichtlich.
In diesem wird der Kraft- und Stromverlauf graphisch dargestellt.

Systemkonfiguration
Das Stromistwert-Signal wird über einen 10 V Analogeingang von der Stromquelle eingelesen. Zur Umrechnung auf Kiloampere muss in der Systemkonfiguration unter „Actual
welding current conversion factor“ der richtige Umrechnungsfaktor eingestellt werden.

After installing the actual value display option, the actual current and force values of the
welding gun are displayed in Fronius Xplorer.

1. Undo and remove the 4 screws on the
DeltaControl cover
2. Remove the BUS END TERMINAL (1)

To activate the actual value display:
1. In the „systems.xml“ file, set the „plc.actual-values-terminal“ value to 1.
2. In the „blizzard.tsm“ file, activate the „actual current“ terminal.

When the actual value display option is installed, an actual value worksheet appears in
Xplorer. This worksheet displays the force and current as a graph.

System configuration
The current actual value signal is read from the power source via a 10 V analog input. To
enable this value to be converted into kiloamperes, the correct conversion factor must be
entered in the system configuration under „Actual welding current conversion factor“.
