Intelligent
Cook Correction Technology corrects alterations in the cooking cycle due to half-loads or overloads, or products that fall under the average standard temperature. It measures abnormalities in the temperature curve and corrects the cycle automatically ensuring energy-efficient and consistent cooking.
The STG is a pleasure to operate thanks to its graphic colour LCD with Corrective Operator Instructions. These instructions will help your operators make
sure they follow the right grilling procedure.
The STG Intelligent stores the time and temperature of each cook cycle in its memory. Simply read that data into your PC, and the unit will become your ultimate assistant in HACCP control.
