Changing the battery:

To open the battery compartment, insert a coin in the slot on the back
of the timer and turn. Replace the battery with 1 x LR44. Close the
compartment and verify that the timer works properly. Please dispose
of the battery properly. The battery complies with DEEE-RoHS.

Setting the timer:

The timer can be set in one minute increments by repeatedly pressing the red
button or by holding the button down until the desired cooking time has been
reached. One you release the button, the timer will automatically begin counting
down. The minutes will flash on the screen as it counts down. To stop or cancel the
timer, hold the red button down for 3 seconds and then release.

Instructions for use:

Gently slide the timer into position on the handle. As soon as steam begins to escape
from the valve (or before), the timer will need to be removed from the handle.
To remove, push lightly on the section of the timer containing round indentations. As
soon as the timer is removed, set it to the desired cooking time. You may wish to place
it on the counter or carry it with you.

Warning:

To protect the timer from damage caused by heat, water and steam, never leave the
timer on the lid of your pressure cooker when the pressure cooker is in use.

Cleaning instructions:

Clean with a soft, dry cloth only. Timer is not dishwasher safe. Do not clean with
detergents or immerse in water.
