RETURN PROCEDURES

Defecti ve produ cts must b e shipp ed, with a dated sal es rece ipt, freight pre-p aid and insure d
directly to FRIEDMAN. A Return Author izati on # (RA#) mu st be obtained p rior to sh ippin g the
produ ct. The RA# must cle arly b e on the pa ckage. Includ e a brief d escription of t he defect,
along w ith you r corre ct retur n addre ss and tel ephone numb er.

If FRIEDMAN dete rmine s that th e unit was defecti ve in mater ials or w orkm anshi p at any tim e
durin g the war rant y peri od, FRIEDMAN has the option of repairin g or replacing th e produ ct
at no addi tiona l charg e. Produ cts repla ced or re paire d under t his war rant y will be returne d via
ground shippi ng only within the Uni ted State s-freig ht prepa id.

INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE

In no event is FRIEDMAN liable for a ny inci dental or consequent ial dam ages ar ising o ut of
the use o r inability to use of any FRIEDMAN produ ct, even if FRIEDMAN or a FRIEDMAN
deale r has bee n advis ed of the possibi lity of s uch damages, or any othe r claim by a ny other
part y. Some states do not allow the exclusio n or limi tatio n of conse quential damages, so th e
