FRIEDMAN oers a three (3) year warranty to the o riginal p urchase r that this FRIEDMAN
produ ct will be fre e from defect s in materia l and work manship. A d ated sales re ceipt will
establ ish covera ge under th is warranty. Warrant y does not co ver serv ice or par ts to repair
damag e caused by ac cident, ne glect, nor mal & wear, disaster, misuse, abuse, n egligen ce,
inade quate pack ing or shipping procedures and service, repair or m odicati ons which have
not been a uthori zed or approved by FRIEDMAN. If this pro duct is defec tive in mater ials
or work manship as warranted above, your s ole remed y shall be re pair or repl acement a s
provid ed below.
RETURN PROCEDURES
Defecti ve product s must be ship ped, with a dated sales re ceipt, frei ght pre-paid and insu red
directly to FRIEDMAN. A Return Aut horizat ion # (RA#) must be obtain ed prior to s hipping the
produ ct. The RA# mu st clearl y be on the pac kage. Include a brie f descript ion of the defe ct,
along w ith your co rrect retu rn addres s and telephone numb er.
If FRIEDMAN dete rmines th at the unit w as defective in materials or workmanship at a ny time
durin g the warra nty per iod, FRIEDMAN has the opti on of repair ing or repl acing the p roduct
at no addi tional ch arge. Prod ucts replac ed or repai red under t his warra nty will b e returne d via
ground shipping o nly with in the Unite d States-fre ight prepa id.
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE
In no event is FRIEDMAN liable for any i ncident al or conse quential d amages arising ou t of
the use o r inability to use of any FRIEDMAN product, even if FRIEDMAN or a FRIEDMAN
deale r has been ad vised of the possibil ity of such damages, o r any other cl aim by any other
part y. Some states d o not allow th e exclusion or limitat ion of conse quentia l damages, s o the
