inade quate pac king o r shipp ing pro cedur es and se rvi ce, repai r or modicati ons which have
not been a utho rized o r approv ed by FRIEDMAN. If this product i s defecti ve in mate rials
or work mans hip as war rante d above, you r sole re medy shall be re pair or replac ement as
provid ed belo w.
RETURN PROCEDURES
Defecti ve products must be shipped, wit h a dated sa les rec eipt, freight pre -paid and insu red
directly to FRIEDMAN. A Return A uthor izati on # (RA#) m ust be obt ained prior to s hippi ng the
produ ct. The R A# must clearly be on the p ackag e. Inclu de a bri ef descr iptio n of the defe ct,
along w ith you r corre ct retur n address and te lepho ne number.
If FRIEDMAN dete rmines that th e unit wa s defecti ve in mate rials o r work manship at any time
durin g the war rant y peri od, FRIEDMAN has the opt ion of rep airi ng or replacing t he prod uct
at no addi tiona l charge. Produ cts repl aced or r epaire d unde r this warrant y will b e retur ned via
ground shippi ng onl y withi n the Uni ted States-freight prep aid.
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE
In no e vent is FRIEDMAN liabl e for any incide ntal or consequentia l damag es ari sing ou t of
the use o r inabi lity to u se of any FRIEDMAN prod uct, even i f FRIEDMAN or a FRIEDMAN
deale r has bee n advis ed of the p ossib ility of such da mages, o r any oth er claim by any other
part y. Some states do not a llow the exclusi on or lim itatio n of cons equen tial da mages, s o the
above limitati on and exc lusio n may not ap ply to you. T his war rant y gives y ou spec ic leg al
rights a nd you ma y also hav e other rights wh ich may va ry from state to state.
