Thank you for choosing a FRIAX's Monobloc system to control the aging of your wine. Take the me to read this manual. It will help you understand the steps to install and adjust the MPC series.
What is a cellar Monobloc system FRIAX ? The MPC serie is a refrigeraon system specially designed to keep the opmum temperature and humidity at the aging of your wines. The system is composed of three essenals elements which are the evaporator, the condenser unit and the regulaon box. These elements are interconnected by a refrigerant pipe and an electrical connecon.
At the delivery, you must find in your package, your Monobloc, the installaon manual and the accessories describde on page 3. Check package to detect any damage on the carton. Note on the delivery of the carrier all the observaons about the package condion, this could be useful in case of damage. If in doubt contact your dealer. When unpacking check that the material inside the package corresponds to the checklist on the box.

Only units not equipped with the KBEC opon (condensate evaporaon pan kit) must be connected to a drain.

Power supply: 2 x 1.5V (AAA) provided
The remote control could be installed in any room. Its maximum range is 100m in a completely open area. This distance could be extremly reduced by thickness of walls and the locaon of the cellar. It is possible to x directly the remote to the unit by using the screw holes on the MPC facade.

Alarms codes
Two types of errors may appear on the wireless remote control.
Type 1 alarm : The Green and red LED on the front panel ashes. A warning message appears on the wireless control and buon flashes when a buon is pressed. The air condioner connues to operate.
Type 2 alarm : The red LED on the front panel ashes. A warning message appears on the wireless control and buon flashes when a buon is pressed. The air condioner does not work anymore. Contact your hardware vendor

Maintaining your air condioner cellar
The following maintenance repeated every 6 months operaons will allow your air condio- ner MPC keep its opmal ways to ensure its longevity and your wines.
CAUTION Before any maintenance work, switch o the power supply to the main circuit breaker.
Maintenance of the condenser (hot side) Remove the front cover using an Allen wrench to access the condenser coil air. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust. Be careful not to damage the fins.
Maintenance of the evaporator (cold side) Remove the front cover using an Allen wrench to access the evaporator coil air. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust. Be careful not to damage the fins.
Remove the condensate tray with a screwdriver, clean it with water then reinstall it
