Constantly off Voltage too low/Shut down

2. Yellow LED (GSM status indication)

LED Status Indication

Slow flashing, On 15s GSM initialization

Quick flashing, On 0.1s, Off 2s GSM signal receive normal

Constantly on GSM calls/GPRS start

Constantly off No GSM signal received

3. Blue LED (GPS status indication)

LED Status Indication

Flashing, On 0.1s, Off 0.1s GPS signal normal

Constantly on GPS signal searching

Constantly off GPS shut down
