Installation Instruction
1. Put Φ10 washer (4) over M10*20 outer hexagonal bolts (5), and fasten the guiding rod assembly (2) to the underframe weldment (1).
2. Install the cushion (3) on the guiding rod assembly (2)
Note: The outer hexagonal bolts need to be tightened

Installation Instruction
1. Place 11 PCS cast iron counterweight lowerpiece (12) and cast iron counterweight top piece (11) in sequence on the upper end of the guiding rod assembly (2).
2. Insert the lifting rod (10) and the cast iron counterweight lower piece (12)and the cast iron counterweight top piece (11) together, and install the positioning bolts on the cast iron counterweight top piece (11).
3. Insert the magnetic pin (13) on the cast iron counterweight lower piece (12) and the lifting rod (10).
4. Fasten the counterweight limit block (6) to the guiding rod assembly with M8*50 outer hexagonal bolts (7), at washers (8), and M8 lock nuts (9).
Note: The outer hexagonal bolts need to be tightened.

Installation Instruction
1. Fasten the inclined support beam (14) to the chassis assembly with 12*70 outer hexagonal bolts (19), 12 at washers (17), and M12 lock nuts (18).
2. Use 12*20 outer hexagonal bolts (40) and 12 at washers (17) to x the inclined support beam adjustment board (15).
3. Fix the reset pull pin (16) on the inclined support beam adjustment board (15).
Note: The outer hexagonal bolts need to be tightened

Installation Instruction
1. Fix the shield suppor tframe (24) and the upper beam (20) together with M10*60 outer hexagonal bolts (23), Φ10 washers (4) and M10 lock nuts (25)
2. Connect the upper beam (20) and the guiding rod (2) together, and fasten them with M10*20 outer hexagonal bolts (5), Φ10 washers (4) M10 lock nuts (25).
3. Fasten the upper beam (20) to the inclined support beam (14) with M12*70 outer hexagonal bolts (19), M2 washers (17), and M12 lock nuts (18)
Note: The outer hexagonal bolts need to be tightened

Installation Instruction
1. Use M12*130 outer hexagonal bolts (27), Φ12 washers (17) and M12 lock nuts(18)
to fasten the decorative board (26) to the upper beam and theinclined support beam assembly.
Note: The hexagon bolt sneed to be tightened
