Safety Precautions
Thank you for purchasing our product. Even though we go to great efforts to ensure the quality of
each product we produce, occasional errors and/or omissions do occur. In any event should you find
this product to have either a defective or a missing part please contact us for a replacement.
This product has been designed for home use only. Product liability and guarantee conditions will not
be applicable to products being subjected to professional use or products being used in a gym centre.
This exercise equipment was designed and built for optimum safety. However, certain precautions
apply whenever you operate a piece of exercise equipment. Be sure to read the entire manual before
assembly and operation of this machine. Also, please note the following safety precautions:
1. Read the OWNER’S OPERATING MANUAL and all accompanying literature and follow it
carefully before using your cycle.
2. If dizziness, nausea, chest pains, or any other abnormal symptoms are experienced while
using this equipment, STOP the workout at once. CONSULT A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.
3. Inspect your exercise equipment prior to exercising to ensure that all nuts and bolts are fully
tightened before each use.
4. The cycle must be regularly checked for signs of wear and damage. Any part found defective,
Must be replaced with a new part from the manufacturer.
5. Fitness equipment must always be installed on a flat surface, do not place the unit on a loose
rug or uneven surface. It is recommended to use an equipment mat to prevent the unit from
moving while it is being used, which could possibly scratch or damage the surface of your
floor.
6. No changes must be made which might compromise the safety of the equipment.
7. Keep children and pets away from this equipment at all times while exercising.
8. It is recommended to have a minimum of 2’ safe clearance around the exercise equipment while
in use.
9. Warm up 5 to 10 minutes before each workout and cool down 5 to 10 minutes afterward.
This allows your heart rate to gradually increase and decrease and will help prevent you from
straining muscles.
10. Never hold your breath while exercising. Breathing should remain at a normal rate in
conjunction with the level of exercise being performed
11. Always wear suitable clothing and footwear while exercising. Do not wear loose fitting
clothing that could become entangled with the moving parts of your cycle.
12. Care must be taken when lifting or moving the equipment, so as not to injure your back.
Always use proper lifting techniques.
13. User weight should not exceed 325 lbs.
14. The exercise cycle does not free-wheel. Spinning pedals can cause injury. Pedal speed should
be reduced in a controller manner.

1. Above described parts is the hardware needed to assemble this machine. Before you start to
assemble, please check to ensure all parts are included for assembly.
2. All other parts described on page 9-10 are pre-assembled at the factory.

Assembly Instruction
This manual is designed to help you easily assemble, adjust and use this machine. Please read this
manual carefully. For the sake of familiarizing yourself with the parts identified in the instruction, first
study the overview drawing.
Set all parts in a clear area on the floor and remove the packing material. Refer to the parts list for
help to identify the parts.
It will take two people to assemble your unit.
STEP 1
1. Attach the front stabilizer (5) with transportation wheels (36) to the front of the main frame (1).
Secure using two Carriage bolts (47), two washers (65) and two Nut cap (62).
2. Attach the rear stabilizer (6) with adjustable end caps (37) to the rear of the main frame (1).
Secure using two carriage bolts (47), two washers (65) and two Nut cap (62).
NOTE: Ensure the bolts are fastened securely.
If the unit is wobbly use the leveling caps on the rear stabilizer to level the unit.

STEP 2
1. Insert the seat post (3) into the frame (1) and secure into your desired position using the locking
knob (24), found on the frame.
Note: Locking Knob (24) must be locked tightly into the hole of the seat post (3) before you sit on
the seat.
STEP 3
1. Attach the right and left pedal straps (74/75) to the right and left pedals (72/73).
Note: The end with the adjustable holes must be set outwards
2. Attach the right and left pedals (72/73) to the right and left crank arm (25/26).
NOTE: The pedals and crank arms are marked with R & L. The right pedal should be threaded
on clockwise and the left pedal should be threaded on counter-clockwise.

STEP 4
1. Attach the seat (71) to the seat slider (4) using three nuts (55) and three washers (85) which are
pre-assemble on the seat.
2. Attach the seat slider (4) to the seat post (3) and secure into your desired position using the seat
adjustment knob (23) which is pre-assemble on the post.
Note: Seat adjustment knob (23) must be locked tightly into hole in Seat slider (4) before you sit
on the seat.
STEP 5
1. Connect the upper extension wire (84) to the controller wire (80).
2. Insert the upright (2) into the main frame (1). Secure using five washers (65) and five hex head
screws (54).

STEP 6
1. Feed hand pulse wires (30) into the top body hole of handlebar post (2) and up through the
opening of handlebar post (2)
2. Attach the pulse handlebar (81) to the handlebar post (2). Secure using two hex screws (57), one
hex head screw (54), two washers (65), one washer (64) and two locknuts (61).
STEP 7
1. Connect the upper computer extension wire (84) and the handpulse wires (30) to the back of the
monitor (31)
2. Secure the monitor using four screws (86) which are pre-assemble at the back of the monitor to
the handlebar post (2).
Note: Careful not to pinch the wires when attaching the monitor to the upright.
