Thank you for purchasing a Frankford Arsenal Case
Neck Lubricator. The Frankford Arsenal™ Case Neck
Lubricator coats the neck of bottleneck cases with lubricant, minimizing distortion caused by the expander ball
during resizing.
The lubricator comes with six nylon brushes which fit
most rifle calibers, two mounting screws (for wood
only), and a starter packet of mica. A threaded brass
bushing is molded into the base to hold the brush
securely during use.
NOTE: When full-length resizing cases, conventional
lubrication is required on the outside of the case.
Set Up and Operation
Drill two 3/32" diameter holes for the mounting screws
and fasten base to work surface.
For dry use
1. Fill the well with mica.
2. Select the correct brush and screw it into the brass
bushing. If the exact caliber brush is not provided,
use the next larger size.

3. Holding the case with the neck down, push the case
mouth into the mica and then over the brush.
For wet use
1. Fill the well with 1/16” liquid case lubricant.
2. Holding the case with the neck down, push the case
mouth into the lubricant to apply a small amount of
lube on the case mouth.
3. Wipe the lube from the outside of the case mouth,
then push the case mouth over the brush. Enough
lubricant will remain on the brush to lube five to ten
more cases.
