Franke stainless steel kegs are always the best quality.
In accordance with customer specifications these
kegs are available in two styles: Franke Industrial
Standard with a matt-pickled finish or Franke Special
Design with a unique surface treatment. These premium
kegs are provided with a distinctive polished exterior
finish that is durable and compliments your embossed
logo making a truly brilliant impression. In particular
as both top and bottom skirts are TIG welded.
First-class stainless steel quality –
made by Franke
The top and bottom skirts are welded
to the stainless steel keg body with a
continuous seam. The special TIG
welding process guarantees an
extremely smooth and splatter free
weld, not using any additional
material. This makes the Franke kegs
extremly robust and efficient in the
processing plant.
The two piece keg body is also continuously TIG welded using inert gas conditions inside and out. So the central
body weld seam is free of pores and
splatter residue as well. This results in
an internal surface that prohibits contamination of the keg contents and
provides a smooth surface allowing
the flow of all cleaning and sterilizers
during the cleaning process.
Finally, the exterior is polished to a
brilliant shiny finish; this gives the
kegs a noble and clean sheen. Dirt has
no hold onto the keg surface and abrasions usually caused by the cleaning
brushes are minimized. The final keg
has a truly brilliant finish complimenting your premium brands.
