The ribbon diaphragm makes up from advanced composite material, total
thickness only 20 micrometers, normal operation temperature is 240 degree
Celsius. This material provides extra strength and guard Aluminum layer do not
oxidation. The diaphragm suspension make up from high temperature soft rubber
material. It makes diaphragm keep optimum tension, and damping resonance
from the ribbon.
The magnetic strength determines efficiency in a ribbon transducer. NeoPro5i
assembled 4 pieces highest quality Neodymium magnet in a heavy U-York. The
surface magnetic strength is 1 Telsa. Typical ribbon diaphragm self-impedance is

very low, so a practical ribbon tweeter must assemble an impedance matching
transformer. T he impedance matching transformer is very important to products consistency. All impedance
matching transformers are hand built and 100% measured by high-precision instrument. Close quality control
