•Ensure that the bike is in a safe usable condition. Check all the screws, nuts, and
other connections before using the machine for the first time.
•Set up the machine in a dry and level place. Keep it away from moisture and
water.
•When assembling the machine, place a suitable base (e.g. rubber mat, wooden
board etc.) beneath the machine to avoid dirt.
•Before using the bike, remove all objects within a radius of 2 metres from the
machine.
•Before starting this or any other exercise program, consult your physician. Your
physician should assist you in determining the target heart rate zone appropriate
for your age and physical condition. If you are taking medication which may affect
your heart rate, a physician’s advice is essential.
•Incorrect or excessive training can affect your health. Consult a doctor before
beginning a training program.
• This machine can be used by only one person at a time.
• Wear appropriate clothing when using this machine. Do not wear loose clothing
which could get caught in the bike’s mechanical components.
•If you have a feeling of dizziness, sickness, or other abnormal symptoms, stop
training, and consult a doctor.
•Children and people with disability should use the machine only in the presence of
another person who can give aid and advice.
•Do not use aggressive cleaning products to clean the machine. Remove drops of
sweat from the machine immediately after training.
•The maximum weight the bike can support is 100kg.

ASSEMBLY
Step 1:
A. Lock the Front Stabiliser (6) and Rear Stabiliser (7) to the Main Frame (1) with
Carriage Bolts (9), Arc Washers (12) and Acorn Nut (11).
B. Fix the Adjusting Pad (28) and Nut (53) to the Main frame (1).
Step 2:
A. Lock the Pedals (27L and 27R) to the Crank (40) using a wrench.
B. Tighten the Left Pedal (27L) in a counterclockwise direction and tighten the Right
Pedal (27R) in a clockwise direction as shown.
Note: Ensure the Pedals (27L/R) are locked tightly during the use, otherwise the
pedal thread can get damaged.
Step 3:
C
A. Connect Extension Pulse Wire 2 (45) with Extension Pulse Wire 1 (42).
B. Connect Extension Sensor Wire (30) with Sensor wire (43).
C. Connect the Tension Wire (52) with Tension Controller (23) as shown.
D. Lock the Handlebar Post (5) on the Main Frame (1) with Allen Screw (14) and Arc
Washers (12).
Step 4:
A. Attach the Handlebar (56) to the Handlebar Post (5) with the Allen Screw (49)
Spring Washer (13) and Washer (46).
B. Insert the Handlebar Cover (54).
C. Connect the Extension Pulse Wire 2 (45) and Extension Sensor Wire (30) with the
wire of Computer (44).
D. Fix the Computer (44) to Handlebar Post (5) with Cross Screw (55).
Step 5:
A. Fix the Guide Rail (4) to the Main Frame (1) with Allen Screw (14) and Washer (15).
Step 6:
A. Insert the Handle (8) into the Eccentric Shaft (19) and lock it with Hex Bolt (22).
B. Insert the Handlebar (3) into Seat Frame (2) and lock it to Seat frame (2) with the
Carriage Bolt (10), Washer (15) and Acorn Nut (11).
C. Connect the Pulse Wire (41) with the Extension Pulse Wire 1 (42) at last.
Step 7:
A. Lock the Saddle (36) on the Seat frame (2) with Allen Screws (14) and Washer (15).
B. Lock the Backrest (37) on the Seat frame (2) with Allen Screws (59) and Flat
Washer (60).
C. Fasten the Backrest Cover (58) to the Seat Frame (2) with the Screw (48).
Reset
The bike can be reset by either changing battery or pressing and holding
