Find ap plicatio n called “F orever Sma rt” in Go ogle Play or A pp Store
shop and i nstall it on t he phone.

information in settings.

Disconnecting the smartwatch from the phone

1. Acti vate “Fore ver Smart ” in your phone.
2. Click “Di sconnect sma rtwatch ” in settings a nd conrm.

3. To disconnect the smartwatch from iPhone, click Disconnect
smar twatc h in sett ings of “ Fore ver Smar t”, and t hen go to
“Blue tooth ” sett ings in t he phone s etti ngs and s elect “ Forg et
this device”
Operation
• Move yo ur wris t toward s yourse lf or pre ss the tou ch but ton to
activate the screen
• Press an d hold t he main sc reen, an d then mov e it to the left or
right i n order to change t he main screen .
• Press and hold the touch button to activate the smartwatch.
Operation
Activation: Press a nd hold the touc h button for 3 se conds.
Go to menu : Move up / down or l eft / right .
Select the function: Move up / dow n or lef t / right a nd click t he
selected function.
Conrm: Click o n the icon of the s elected fu nction
Exit: Move fr om left to rig ht
Return to the main screen: Press the touch button
Check notications: Move from le ft to right i n the main scree n

NOTE: If th e time of a gi ven spor t will be sho rter th an 5 minutes , the
data will n ot be saved.
Heart rate monitor
Selec t the heart rat e monito r icon to car ry ou t hear t rate me-
asurement. You can check the last 7 measurements on the chart
and comp are them . Move the s creen to t he righ t to end the h eart
rate monitor.
Connec t the smart watch wit h Forever Sma rt applic ation via Blu eto-
oth in ord er to check and a nalyze col lected in th e data in the ph one.
Sleep monitoring
The sma rtw atch car ries ou t sleep m onitor ing auto matic ally be -
twee n 22:00 an d 9:00. S elec t the fun ctio n on the scr een of the
smar twatch to vie w the sleep dat a from the enti re week.

Reminder:
– Set the type, day of the week and time of notication you want to
receiv e via the smar twatch. I t will vibr ate and displa y the stop watc h
icon in ord er to remind abo ut a planned ac tivit y.

obtain correct measurements

and Sleep. After achie ving a giv en obj ective, the smart watch will
notif y you about th is by vibratin g and displayi ng the icon indic ating
achiev ement of an objec tive.
– Not ica tion s – Se ttin gs of not ica tions of t he appl icat ion you w ant
to recei ve. Sele ct and s witch t he but ton to the r ight to ac tiva te a
given n oticatio n. Move to the lef t to deactiv ate them.
– Fin d the dev ice – nd t he smart watch by triggerin g vibrati ons by
pressi ng the butto n (Bluetoot h connectio n is required)
– Take a photo – cl ick to acti vate the phon e camera and c ontrol it vi a
the smartwatch by clicking the camera icon.
– Advanced settings:
+ Weathe r – Selec t the cit y from which the d ata rega rding cu rrent
weath er will be collec ted and trans ferred to the s martwatc h, which
will dis play data af ter entering t he weather sc reen.
+ Sedentary – Set notication regarding lack of exercise. Select the
repeti tion freque ncy and the t ime period in w hich the remin der will
be act ive
