Before u sing the ki ds watch, c arefull y read the i nstruc tion manual to en-

sure corre ct opera tion. K ids watch is a s mall telec ommunica tion dev ice, used to loca te its positi on and send data. O peration of th e device is based

on GSM/GPR S mobile netw ork and GPS satel lites, as well as W iFi module.

IMP ORTANT !

The dev ice requ ires ins tall ation of a m icro SIM c ard wit h acti ve

serv ice, allo wing to make and receive calls, with no PIN lock . It i s recomm ended to deacti vate voicemai l. When sending inf ormation

regardi ng loca tion, t he watc h will req uire acce ss to mobi le Inter- net, th erefor e, you sho uld buy a t least 1 G B packa ge. Use of t he watch ma y be associa ted with fee s for using the ne twork and c alls,

in accord ance with the o perator’s t ari.

Charging

It is reco mmende d to use a cha rger of ou tput p aramet ers of 5 V DC, 50 0 mA. Ch arger is n ot inclu ded in th e set. Fu ll charg ing time of the wa tch is approxima tely 2 hours.

Preparation o f the watch

- Open an d tilt th e micro SIM c ard slot protec tion, a nd then p lace it in suc h a position th at the sim card ch ip is facing up to t he watch screen , you will hear a cl ick indicat ing correct in stallati on.

- Alw ays make su re the watc h is turned o before i nserting or re- movin g the SIM c ard. Nev er inser t or rem ove the SI M card wh en the watc h is on.

- Afte r properly ins talling th e sim card, clos e the protect ion.

First launching

– Afte r installa tion of the SIM c ard in the watch , and making su re that the dev ice is charged u p, you may acti vate it by pres sing and holdi ng the ON bu tton, loc ated on the rig ht-hand side. – Upon ac tiva tion, t he watc h will con nect w ith the m obile n etwo rk

and obta in GPS and WiFi sign als, if they are ava ilable.

Watch ope ration The watch is operated using the touch screen. By moving your n-

ger on the s creen , you may s witch b etwe en par ticula r func tions ; you select functions by pressing the screen.

Use of applicati on

Installation of Forever KidsCare and ForeverCare applications

Find th e applica tion calle d „Foreve r KidsCar e” in the goog le play sto re or „For everCar e” in the app s tore and ins tall it o n your phone . You can also use t he QR code on th e packaging .

Account and watch registration:

In the reg istr ation w indow, e nter or sc an the wa tch code ( REG CODE ) lo- cated o n the bot tom of th e packa ge and by t he watch . Enter you r e-ma il addres s, name and p assword. T hen, sele ct the lang uage of the app lication and the a rea in which the w atch will be us ed.

– Chat: S end a text o r voice mess age to the wa tch by enteri ng it with ke ybo- ard or reco rding with p hone microph one. Here you c an also liste n to voice messages sent from the watch.

- Remote c amera: Take a photo us ing the camer a of the watch an d receive it on you r phone. Take n photo wi ll appear afte r some time, dep ending o n the st rength of th e mobile net work signal .

– Map: Show s the curren t position of t he watch on the m ap.

– Safet y zone: Click t he + mark to spec ify safe ty zone. Enter t he name

of your zon e, click o n the map , and then s elec t the size o f the map -

ped zone in the range between 200 m and 2000 m. When the watch leaves t he zone, you will be not ied.

– Noti cations: H ere you may rec eive and vi ew any noti cations and

alarms r eceived fro m the watch.

– Activity: Double-click on the steps bar to activate measurement of acti vit y and ente r neces sar y sett ings, s uch as mea sureme nt time,

step le ngth, weig ht. Double- click the sl eep monitor to s et it. You may also che ck data colle cted on a sel ected day.

– Alarm c lock: Alar m clock se ttings. Se t selected t ime and fr equency of repeating.

– Prizes: Send the appropriate number of hearts that will be display-

ed on the w atch scr een. Spe cif y any mean ing for ea ch numbe r and prize th e user of the wat ch.

– Fi nd the watch: Cli ck nd t he watch to nd it if it is ne ar you. The

watch w ill ring, inf orming abou t its locat ion.

– Me:

• Person al data: Your account se ttings

• List of d evices: Ad d, edit or dele te connecte d watches.

• Change password: Change your account password.

Settings

- SOS numbers: When the user of the watch presses and holds the

SOS but ton, the watch w ill automati cally m ake an alarm call t o three

contacts defined here.

- Voice mon itorin g: ente r a phone nu mber wh ich the wa tch wil l call,

allow ing to listen the s urrounding s of the watch. A nswer the cal l and check w hat is happeni ng in the vicin ity. The user o f the watch wil l not

be noti fied abou t such a call.

- Do not dis turb: Selec t the time durin g the day, at which t he user of the watc h will not get an y phone calls .

- Locat ing mode : Selec t norm al mode – re freshi ng the loc atio n of the watc h once every t en minutes; en ergy savi ng mode – once eve ry hour; tracking mode – once every minute.

- SMS noti fic ations : Enter a num ber, to whic h you wan t to receiv e SMS noti ficati ons about eve nts, such a s: low watch ba ttery le vel, SOS alarm ac tivati on using the wa tch button.

- Phon e director y: def ine up to te n contact s that wi ll be avai lable to

the watc h user in the pho ne director y.

- Time zon e: Set your time zo ne to allow the wat ch to display corr ect date and t ime on the scre en.

- Langu age: Selec t one of the avai lable langua ges of the watch .

- Sett ings swit ch: Activ ate or deacti vate func tions of the w atch

- LBS loc aliza tion: Ac tivate or dea ctiv ate loc aliza tion usi ng antenn ae of network operators

- Remote ly deacti vate the watc h: The watch wi ll be turned of f

Questions , probl ems and solutions

- The app licati on does n ot recei ve comma nds and sh ows inf or- mation that the watch is disconnected from the network.

Reason: The wat ch is disconne cted from th e network

Solution: – Check w hether GMS sig nal is correc t. – Check w hethe r SIM card i s correc tly in stal led in th e watch an d wheth er it suppor ts 2G Intern et. – Send an SM S from th e phone to t he numbe r of the SIM c ard installed in the watch of the following contents: pw,123456,

ip,52.2 8.132.157,80 01# – the watch wil l respond with an SMS of t he following contents: [surl,52.28132.157,port,8001#]ok.! it should work

proper ly after th is action. – Chec k whether th e parameter s of the ser ver have co rrect IP nu m- ber, por t and ID. Che ck the pa ramete rs by sen ding an SM S from a phone to t he numb er of the ca rd inst alled in the watc h with t he fol-

lowing contents: pw,123456,ts# – the watch should respond with an SMS inclu ding the IP, port and ID numb ers, as in the examp le:

Compare d ata inc luded in t he SMS wi th the wa tch numb er. If the ID

number i s die rent from the numb er provided on th e plate include d

with t he watch o r on the bot tom of the pack age, set ne w IMEI num - ber. Send th e following SM S from a phone to the n umber of the ca rd

installed in the watch: pw,123456,imei,xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx# – after

receiv ing the SMS, t he watch will re spond with S MS including t he cor-

rect IME A number, for examp le: pw,12345 6,imei,359 614514986574#

– Check w hether the I D number match es the ID numbe r of the watch provi ded in the dev ices list in th e applicati on.

- You may not ca ll the watch. T he signal is bu sy or the subs criber

does not a nswer the ca ll.

Reason:

The wat ch does n ot recogn ize the in coming n umber or t he appli ca-

tion is set to “d o not dis turb” mode.

Solution: – Check w hether the nu mber you are ca lling from is no t restric ted.

– Check w hethe r there are c ontac t numb ers set i n the appl icati on. The wat ch only answ ers the calls f rom numbers t hat were prev iously

set in th e applicati on contact s.

- The app lication do es not updat e location in r eal-tim e. It selec ts LBS locations only

Reason:

GP S si gnal is to o weak to lo cate the wa tch or th e watc h is in sle ep mod e.

Solution: – Leave th e buildi ng wit h the watc h and pres s the “LOCATIO N” fun c-

tion in the “ MAP” func tion.

– Rememb er that t he appli catio n allow s to set ap propri ate watc h opera tion mod e. This i s assoc iated wi th the f requen cy of col lect ing data, a lso tho se relate d to the lo catio n. In the en ergy -sav ing mod e, data is s end once e very h our. There fore, to ma intain f ull cont rol of the loc ation i n real-t ime, it i s recomme nded to us e norma l mode, which co llects d ata ever y 10 minutes, o r tracking m ode, in whic h data is colle cted ever y minute.

- The watc h does not disp lay current ti me and date

Reason: The wat ch faile d to conne ct wi th the ap plicat ion ser ver in o rder to

update ti me.

Solution: – Time may also be u pdated in con nection w ith GPS loc ation. It m ay be check ed by going outsid e and usi ng GPS localizer f unction.

– If the wa tch is severa l hours behin d, check and se lect appro priate time zone via the application.

– If the aforementioned activities will not solve the problem, send the foll owing SMS fro m your phone (to t he number of th e SIM card

installed in the watch): pw,123456,ntpservers,121.40.88.40,8089#

The wat ch should resp ond with an SMS w ith similar c ontents. T hen, restart the watch.

– Additi onally, you may als o send a con guration SMS to th e SIM

number i n the watch wi th the follow ing content s: pw,12345 6,ti-

me,hour.minute.second,date,year.month.day# – including, for exam- ple, the cu rrent time pw,123456, time,09.50 .00,date,2 016.06 .01#

- The watc h does not conn ect with the s erver and th e applica-

tion may aga in show that the watch is o ine.

Reason:

APN (Acc ess Point Name – a speci c package net work, e.g. Inte rnet)

of the op erator of the in stalled SI M card will not a lways be pre sent

on the lis t of APNs di rectly af ter activat ing the device. Th is, in parti- cular, appl ies to Play and Virgi n oper ators!

Sol ution: 

– Send th e following SM S to the number of t he SIM card ins talled in

the watc h: pw,123456 ,APN,int ernet #

Principles of safe use

• Read and k eep this manua l.

• Do not rem ove the cover of t he device. In side, there ar e no parts

that ca n be repaired by t he user. Any repa irs should be c arried out by a serviceman.

• Protec t the dev ice against con tact with wa ter and moisture to

avoid electric shock.
