SIGNIFICANCE OF THE SYMBOLS ON THE MACHINE*
The symbol formed by the expression “Class 1 laser product” written in a rectangle indicates that visible or invisible laser radiation could be produced. Avoid direct exposure to the laser.
The symbol formed by a ray of lightening inside a triangle shows that the machine has c
onnection terminals or a circuit with areas with a current which could cause an electric
shock, even in normal working conditions.
The symbol formed by an exclamation mark in a triangle shows that the instruction manual must be referred to for information on how the machine works and its use.
The symbol formed by one square inside another square shows that the machine has double electrical insulation.
The European Community symbol shows that the machine complies with the current European Union legislation, as well as its transposition to local legislation.
The symbol of a rubbish bin crossed out and over a horizontal line shows that when the product is disposed of it must be done properly, placing it in a special selective electronic and electrical equipment container or through a dealer when purchasing a similar product, at no additional cost. It also shows that the machine was put on the market after 13th August 2005 (European Community Directive 2002/96/CE of Electrical and Electronic recycling, and its Spanish equivalent R.D.208/2005).
In accordance with what is set out in the aforementioned decree, FONESTAR is registered in the RAEE (Registro de Aparatos Eléctricos y Electrónicos) in a special section REI (Registro de establecimientos Industriales), with the entry number 001851.
*It is possible that some of these symbols do not appear on the machine.

15.- DC INPUT: connection terminals for direct current.

USB/MP3 PLAYER AND BLUETOOTH RECEIVER
1.- SD memory card connection slot.
2.- USB storage device connection port.
3.- Information display.
4.- Infrared receiver for remote control.
5.- MODE: allows selection between the different playback modes: USB storage device, SD memory card, line level input AUX INPUT or bluetooth receiver.
6.- EQ: allows selection among the different equalizations that exist.
7.- REPEAT: allows USB playback mode to be changed between the following: REP ALL (repeat all the tracks) and REP ONE (repeat the track that is playing at that moment).
8.- CH-: a short press of this button allows you to move to the previous track. A long press allows you to reduce the player’s volume.
9.- 12: to start and pause playback.
10.- CH+: a short pres of this button allows you to move to the next track. A long press allows you to increase the player’s volume.

1.- Activate/deactivate the audio output.

3.- 0-9: numerical buttons for direct selection.
4.- MODE: allows selection among the different playback modes: USB storage device, SD memory card, line level input AUX INPUT or bluetooth receiver.
5.- REPEAT: allows the USB playback mode to be changed between the following: REP ALL (repeat all the tracks) and REP ONE (repeat the track that is playing at that moment).
6.- U/SD: allows selection between the USB storage device or the SD memory card.
7.- VOL +/-: USB/SD/MP3 player module volume controls.
8.- 7/8: buttons to move directly to the previous/next track held in the storage device.
9.- 12: to start and pause playback.
10.- AUX: to select line input.
11.- EQ: allows selection among the different equalizations that exist.
CONNECTION AND OPERATING
Before making any connections make sure that all the devices are switched off and disconnected from the mains supply.
The basic connections are as follows:
1.- Microphone input (MIC IN): connect a microphone to this input. Use dynamic microphones with 6.3 mm jack connector.
2.- Line input (AUX INPUT): connect an external audio source to the input (CD player, audio player, etc). 2 x RCA connectors.
3.- Guitar input (GT IN): connect an instrument of this type to the input with a 6.3 mm jack connector..
4.- Audio output (OUT): connect the audio output signal to a recorder, amplifier or another biamplified loudspeaker.Line level output signal with 2 x RCA connectors.
5.- Switch on the amplifier with the switch located on the lower part of the rear panel. The device can be powered directly form the mains supply or by using the internal battery.
Once the connections have been made according to your needs, connect the rest of the devices to the pmains supply and switch them on. After use, do not forget to switch off and disconnect the device form the mains supply.
