Fligh t adjus tment

1. F4U wil l fly bet ter wit h fully -char ged bat terie s.

2. Keep fl ight s traig ht: whe n you fi nd it is di fficu lt to fl y strai ghtly, p lease a djust t he tri m on

the tran smitt er. For e xampl e, when y ou find F 4U alw ays fly l eftwa rd plea se push the tri m

on the tra nsmit ter inv erse di recti on--- right , as this w ill mov e the rud der to co mpens ate.

3. Keep fligh t hori zonta l: wh en you find i t is di fficu lt to f ly F4 U stra ightl y, plea se adj ust th e

trim on t he tran smitt er. For e xampl e, when y ou fin d it alw ays fly u pward ; plea se push t he

trim on th e trans mitte r towar d the top , as this w ill adj ust the p ositi on of the e levat or.

lf you want to lau nch F4U by han ds, maxi mize the po wer(i nclud ing the mic ro

adjust ment) and run s evera l meter s to acce lerat e yours elf, at l ast thr ow it hor izont ally.

lf you wa nt to la unch F4 U on the g round , maxi mize th e power and let i t acce lerat e, keep it

runnin g strai ghtly, a fter it runs mo re than 6 0 feet , you can p ull th e eleva tor joy s tick, and it

will tak e off.

4. Cours e: you ne ed only 3 0% of the m aximu m power t o keep F4 U flyin g. lt is a go od

idea to fl y with po wer for a w hile an d glide f or a whil e .
