6. Platform
6.1. Hulls
1. Introduce some navy fat in the inserts.
2. Pre-arch of the front beam: loosen the dolphin striker, stretch a thread between the two
external bolts then screw back again the dolphin striker to reach a value of 4-5mm.
3. Set the hulls in parallel and at the same height on the chocks.
4. Be sure that the internal reinforcements are well positioned on the beams.
PLATFORM
12
5. Loosen the beam hood screws, remove the bolts from the beams.
6. Put the four Dyneema textile shackles on beam for blocking the wings (W1029)
7. Position the front beam and introduce the bolts in it without tightening them. Repeat the
procedure with the back beam. If the bolts are not immediately facing the hulls holes, gently move up the hulls front or back.
8. Do not immediately tighten the bolts in order to facilitate the trampoline positioning.
9. One must comply with the maximum onboard weight of 152 kg. If the onboard weight
exceeds 152Kg one must increase the buoyancy reserve of each hull. Compensate each Kg by increasing the buoyancy of one liter. As an example if the onboard weight is of 200Kg, one must increase the buoyancy reserve of 48 liters (24 liters per hull). In order to do so, you may introduce 6 polyethylene foam noodles of 4 liters each in each hull via the hatches
6.2. Trampoline
1. See the List of parts on page 7 (and further) and take Trampo Assy, Big box Trampo Assy et
Big box/ Trampo/ MS.
2. Remove the front beam cover.

4. Center the trampoline, then set the winch pulleys Harken 2625) with the textile shackle
(PA1901) in the eyelets and corresponding saddle.
5. Put soapy water (ideally some teflon) in the hull groove.
PLATFORM
13
6. Introduce the trampoline one centimeter on each side in the groove of the hulls. Then,
without forcing, keep introducing the trampoline little by little alternating on one side then the other. Use two ropes as a tackle between the back beam and the trampoline as shown here below. Make sure you introduce the trampoline all the way to the end.
7. Screw the bolts all the way tightly.
8. After the first sailing session, ensure that the bolts are tightly screwed.
9. Lace-up the trampoline tension rope as shown on the figure here below, starting from the
eyelet as far left as possible. Stretch tight. One can also use a hook to stretch tight.
PLATFORM
