Models TK1 (Test Kit 1)

APPLICATION:

The Flomatic Model TK1 Backflow Preventer Assembly
Test Kit is five-valve test kit used for testing all brands
of PVB, DCV’s & RPZ’s. The TK1 can be used to
perform all test procedures on backflow preventer
assemblies as required by local codes.

The TK1 is capable of testing the following backflow

CALIBRATION:

The Flomatic Model TK1 is subjected to calibration
testing conforming to standards traceable to the
National Bureau of Standards. It is recommended that
gauges be calibrated yearly. Flomatic Corporation is
not liable for shifts in calibration.

SPECIFICATION:

The Flomatic Backflow Preventer Test Kit shall consist of differential pressure gauge assembly. It shall be a (5) valve
pressure differential type with a 4-1/2” dial set in a thermoplastic housing with a 0 to 15 psi scale (0.2 psid increments)
and an accuracy of  0.2 psid (descending). The test kit shall incorporate 5 color coded resilient seated needle valve
with SAE flare fittings and (3) color coded pressure hoses (5ft lengths). The test kit shall include a impact resistant
plastic case with storage compartments for fittings and tools. The Backflow Preventer Test Kit shall be a Flomatic Model
TK1.

WARRANTY: Flomatic valves are guaranteed against defects of materials or workmanship when used for the services

recommended. If in any recommended service, a defect develops due to material or workmanship, and the device is
returned, freight prepaid, to Flomatic Corporation within 12 months from the date of purchase, it will be repaired or
replaced free of charge. Flomatic Corporations’ liability shall be limited to our agreement to repair or replace the valve
only.
