•Fortouch-onlysystemsitis recommendedthatanexternal keypadisttedtothesystem(for example,theRMK-9accessory).

Exposuretoprolongedrainmaycause erroneoustouchperformance,inthese situationskeeptouchactivitytoa minimumandwipethescreenwitha drynon-abrasiveclothbeforeusingthe touchscreen.

Productoperationinhigh temperatures

Atextremetemperatures,theunitcanbecomevery hot,especiallytheinternalcomponents.
Toprotecttheinternalcomponents,theunit automaticallyreducestheperformanceofthemain processortopreventitfromoverheating.Whenthis

Wheninstallingthisproductensurethe powersourceisadequatelyprotected bymeansofasuitably-ratedfuseor automaticcircuitbreaker.

Toavoidirreparabledamagetoand/or lossofdatafromchartandmemorycards:
•DONOTsavedataorlestoacard containingcartographyasthecharts maybeoverwritten.
