FLEX TPO WB SUBSTRATE ADHESIVE
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Flex TPO WB Substrate Adhesive is a high solids, waterbased adhesive designed for adhering Flex
Fleece Back (FB) TPO Plus roof membranes to a variety of approved substrates. The adhesive is applied
to the substrate at the minimum coverage rate of 100sq.ft. to 120 sq. ft. per gallon and the FB TPO roof
membrane is placed into the wet adhesive. Coverage rate may vary based on the smoothness and porosity
of the substrate.

APPLICATION
1. The substrates shall be clean, dry and free of all foreign materials.

2. Apply the Flex TPO WB Substrate Adhesive to the approved substrate at a minimum coverage
rate of 100-120 sq. ft. per gallon with a paint roller or brush.
3. Place the Flex FB TPO Roof Membrane into the wet adhesive, fleece side down.
4. Broom the membrane in and roll with a heavy (minimum weight 100-150 lb.) roller.
PRODUCT HANDLING
Flex TPO WB Substrate Adhesive contains ingredients which could be harmful if mishandled. Contact
with skin and eyes should be avoided and necessary protective equipment and clothing should be worn.

Material Safety Data Sheets contain health and safety information for your development of
appropriate product handling procedures to protect your employees and customers.
Material Safety Data Sheets should be read and understood by all of your supervisory personnel
and employees before using Flex products in your facilities.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE
When Flex TPO WB Substrate Adhesive is stored indoors, out of direct sunlight, and in the original,
unopened container between 60°F and 80°F, the shelf life is six months. Always rotate stock.
CAUTION
Do not store Flex TPO WB Substrate Adhesive below 40°F. Once the adhesive has been frozen, it is no
longer useable, even when thawed.
