Recommended quarter fender mounting will
result in maximum fender & top flap product life.
50-foot pounds of torque is needed on the steel clamp
and 75 foot pounds of torque is needed on the stainless clamp. This torque is to be applied to the nut
instead of the bolt. When this torque is applied, the
flange end of the clamp should touch.

Mount quarter fender so top of flap is
lower than top of level fifth wheel.
IMPORTANT:
Always allow for maximum suspension deflection.
