About This Form: Use this form to track your daily steps for one month. Challenge others to see who can get the most steps!
PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE OPERATING
-Micro-computer technology -Attach the pedometer securely to your waistband or belt.
-Readable LCD display -The pedometer should be placed in line with a hip bone.
-Paces detected via waist movement -Incorrect mounting can cause inaccurate results.
-Auto shut-off to reserve battery
MEASUREMENT
-Press and hold the RESET button for 1 to 2 seconds. This will reset the counter to “0”.
-The counter will continue to count steps until you reset it.
-The maximum value is 99,999 steps.
-After 1-2 minutes of inactivity, the pedometer will auto shut-off. Once motion is detected, it will resume counting.

4,000 – 5,000 steps: You’re sedentary. 5,500 – 7,500: You’re doing well, but need to “step it up”! 8,500 and up: You’re active, keep up the good work.
10,000 – 12,000+: You’re losing weight, having more energy, and feeling good. People who wear a pedometer walk about 2,000 more steps a day than those who do not. That burns at least an extra 100 calories a day! If you want to lose weight, work up to 12,000 or more steps a day. Remember, extra steps add up to a healthier body and state of mind and you deserve to live healthy!
