BATTERY SAFETY INFORMATION

In exceptional circumstances batteries may leak fluids that can cause a chemical burn injury or ruin your product. To avoid battery leakage:

• Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.

• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the product before being charged.

• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.

• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.

• Do not mix old and new batteries.

• Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.

• Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.

• Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the product.

• The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.

• Dispose of battery(ies) safely.

• Do not dispose of this product in a fire. The batteries inside may explode or leak.

OPERATION

Your vehicle is powered by a rechargeable cell that is permanently installed. The vehicle must be charged before play. To charge, first make sure you have installed 3 AA alkaline batteries in the charger.

1. Align charger connections and press vehicle onto charger.

2. PRESS DOWN AND HOLD for 20 seconds to charge the vehicle. Wheels will spin and LED will glow brightest when vehicle is ready for action.

NOTE: Vehicle powered by permanently installed rechargeable cell and charger requires 3 AA alkaline batteries, not included.

BATTERY INSTALLATION

1. Unscrew the battery cover with a Phillips head screwdriver (not included).

2. Install 3 new AA alkaline batteries with polarity (+/-) as shown inside the battery compartment.

3. Replace battery cover and tighten screw.

4. Replace batteries in charger if vehicle runs slowly after a recharge or if time to recharge the vehicle exceeds 20 seconds. Dispose of batteries safely.
