Clips
1
• Fit the clips onto the back of the
activity center and tighten the screws in each clip. Do not over-tighten.
Hint: The clips are designed to fit on the activity center one way. If the clips do not seem to fit, turn them around and try again.
“T” Straps
WARNING
Prevent Entanglement Injury
This product may not attach
to all crib designs. Do not
add additional strings or straps to attach to a crib
or playpen.
• Slide the clips onto the play yard wall. Push down to be sure it is completely attached.
• Always attach all provided fasteners
(strings, straps, clamps, etc.) tightly to a crib or playpen according to the instructions. Check frequently.

• Fit the “T” straps on the mat through
the slots in the toys. Make sure the end of each strap forms a “T” through the slot.

Power/Volume Switch
• Slide the power/volume switch to ON with low volume or ON with high volume .
• Pull the penguin for sounds!
• When you are finished playing with this toy, slide the power/volume switch OFF .

Battery
Battery Safety
Replacement
For best performance, we recommend replacing the battery that came with this toy with a new “AA” (LR6) alkaline battery.
• Locate the battery compartment door on the back of the this toy. Loosen
the screws in the door and remove it.
• Remove the exhausted battery and
dispose of it properly.
• Insert a new “AA” (LR6) alkaline battery.
• Replace the battery compartment
door and tighten the screws. Do not over-tighten.
• If this toy begins to operate erratically,
you may need to reset the electronics.
Slide the power/volume switch off
and then back on.
• When sounds from this toy become
faint or stop, it’s time for an adult to change the battery.

In exceptional circumstances, batteries may leak fluids that can cause a chemical
burn injury or ruin yourproduct. To
avoid battery leakage:
• Do not mix old and new batteries
or batteries of different types: alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium).
• Insert batteries as indicated inside the battery compartment.
• Remove batteries during long periods of non-use. Always remove exhausted
batteries from the product. Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose of this product in a fire. The batteries
inside may explode or leak.
• Never short-circuit the battery terminals.
• Use only batteries of the same or
equivalent type, as recommended.
• Do not charge non-rechargeable
batteries.
• Remove rechargeable batteries from
the product before charging.
• If removable, rechargeable batteries
are used, they are only to be charged under adult supervision.
