BATTERY INSTALLATION
Unscrew and lift cover away from top of Thomas.
Install battery as indicated inside the battery compartment.
For longer life use only alkaline batteries.
Requires 1 “AA” (LR6) battery.
If this toy begins to operate erratically, you may need to reset the electronics.
Remove the batteries from the toy and replace it.
BATTERY SAFETY INFORMATION
In exceptional circumstances batteries may leak fluids that can cause a chemical burn injury or

Coal Station Assembly
Insert the three "B" support
columns into the "B" notches
on the coal-flip track.
Snap into place.
Insert support column"A"
into notch "A" on the coal-flip
track. Snap into place.
Position coal hopper on top of
support columns. Match letters in
the coal hopper with letters on
the support columns.
Snap into place.
Not for use with some TrackMaster™ engines.
How To Play
Shake-Shake Bridge:
• As Thomas crosses the bridge, he bounces up,
down, and side-to-side, and makes the three
hinged guard rails swing down!

Coal Station:
• Use the switch under the track to move the
Coal Change Button UP or DOWN.
• Reset the guard rails by placing them back
in the upright position.

• When button is UP: Coal cars will flip from
empty to full and back again. When button
is DOWN: Flip feature is turned off.
