OBJECT
Chug around the Island of Sodor collecting
party treats. Then be the fi rst player to go all the
way around the track and deliver the treats to
win!
Contents:
1 Game Board
4 Engine Movers (Thomas, Percy, James, Rosie)
24 Party Treat Tokens (6 each: red, blue, purple
and green)
1 Die
LEVEL 1
SETUP
Shuffl e the party treat tokens and place
•
them face-down in a pile within reach of all
players. You can place the pile on the party
space if you wish.
• Each player selects an engine. Your engine
has its own matching-color start space on
one of the 4 corners of the game board.
Place your engine on its start space, so that it
will travel clockwise around the game board
(to your left).

Set the die aside; you will not need it to play

Level 1.
• The youngest player goes fi rst.
LET’S PLAY
On your turn, fl ip over a party treat token.
•
• Move your engine the number of spaces
shown on the token.
• Engines move clockwise around the board –
follow the arrows on the track.
• It is OK to share spaces on the game board
if another engine has already landed on the
same space.
• After you have moved, load your party treat
token into the back of your engine; it is now
the next player’s turn.
• Once you have gone all the way around the
game board, you do not need to fl ip over
an exact number to land on your original
start space (Ex. If you fl ip over a 3, but your
matching-color space is only 1 space away,
you can stop there).
• The fi rst player to arrive back at his/her
matching-color start space wins! The
winner slides his/her engine up the track
to the party space to deliver the treats and
celebrate! Whoohoo!
LEVEL 2
SETUP
Randomly place the party treat tokens
•
facedown on the matching-color token
spaces (Ex. The green tokens go on the
spaces outlined in green). Don’t look at the
pictures of the treats when you do this!
• Each player selects an engine. Your engine
has its own matching-color start space on
one of the 4 corners of the game board.
Place your engine on its start space, so that it
will travel clockwise around the game board
(to the left).
• The youngest player goes fi rst.
LET’S PLAY
On your turn, roll the die and move that
•
many spaces along the track. Remember,
engines move clockwise around the board,
so follow the arrows.
• It is OK to share spaces on the game board
if another engine has already landed on the
same space.
• After you move your engine, try to fi nd
matching party treats! Flip over any 2 tokens
of the same color (Ex. If you fl ip over a red
token, the second token you fl ip must also be
red).
• If the tokens you fl ip over reveal matching
party treats, you get to collect them AND
you get to move bonus spaces!
• Move ahead the
number of spaces
shown on the
tokens (Ex. If both
tokens show a 3, move ahead 3 spaces).
Bonus
spaces.
• After moving ahead the bonus spaces, do
not fl ip over additional tokens.
• Load the party treat tokens that you
collected into the back of your engine.
• Your turn is over.
• If the tokens you fl ip over do not match,
replace them facedown on the game board
(but try to remember where they are!). Your
turn is over.
• If it’s your turn but there are no tokens left to
collect, your turn ends after you move your
engine.
Once you’ve gone all the way around the
•
game board, you do not need an exact roll
to land on your original start space (Ex. If
you roll a 3, but your matching-color space is
only 1 space away, you can stop there).
• The fi rst player to arrive back at his/her
matching-color start space wins! The
winner slides his/her engine up the track
to the party space to deliver the treats and
celebrate! Congratulations!
