Never add strings, ties or
other products to the gym.

Attaching the Arch

• Set one end of the arch in the
center of the fastener straps.

• Press both fastener straps firmly
on to the sides of the arch.

• Wrap the fabric band tightly around
the arch, as shown.

• Repeat this procedure to attach the
other end of the arch.
