HOW TO ASSEMBLE

NOTE:

• Each of the following steps are one-time assembly – once the pieces are assembled they cannot be
taken apart again.

IMPORTANT: For your child’s safety, make sure all pieces snap firmly into place.

Insert the 4 legs into the tabletop,
making sure they snap firmly into place.

Insert the “Elmo” headpiece into
the tabletop, making sure it snaps
firmly into place.

Insert the “Cookie Monster”drill
press into the tabletop, making
sure it snaps firmly into place.

Screw the “X” support piece to the 4 legs using the 8
screws provided (Phillips screwdriver required). Make sure
the words SESAME STREET are facing up. Do not
over-tighten the screws.

Insert the “Ernie” circular saw into
the tabletop by pressing in the
spring-loaded buttons and inserting
the saw at a 90-degree
angle, as shown.
The spring-loaded
buttons slide easily
into the grooves,
as shown.

Please keep these instructions for future reference as they contain important information.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

• Remove and discard the “Try Me” pull-tab from the bottom of the
tabletop for normal play function. Once the pull-tab is removed,
the toy will perform its full play pattern.

• Be sure the ON/OFF switch is in the ON position. The ON/OFF
switch is located on the bottom of the tabletop

Once the spring-loaded buttons
snap into place, pull the saw down
to a 45-degree angle, as shown.
Once assembled, the saw should not
be raised more that 45-degrees
during play.

Store your Giggle Tool Belt
(sold separately) on the hooks,
found on the side of the tool bench.
