Battery Installation
• Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the toy.
• Loosen the screws in the battery
compartment door with a Phillips screwdriver. Remove the battery compartment door.
• Insert three “C” (LR14) alka-
line batteries.

Requires three “C” (LR14) alkaline batteries (not included).
Adult assembly is required for battery installation.

Batteries may leak fluids that can cause a chemical burn injury or ruin your toy. To avoid battery leakage:
• Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types: alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium).
• Insert batteries as indicated inside the battery compartment.

POWER/VOLUME
SWITCH
• Locate the power/volume switch on the front of the toy.
• Slide the switch to the desired position: Off; on with low volume or on with high volume .
Hint: If your child does not press any of Fetch’s buttons for a while, Fetch says “see you later” and turns off automatically (sleep mode). Press any button to resume play.
• When your child is finished playing with this toy, slide the power/volume switch to the Off position.

Letters
Press any letter to hear Fetch say the name of the letter - “P”.
Letter Challenge
Fetch will ask you to find a letter. Press the correct letter and Fetch congratulates you. Press the wrong letter and Fetch encourages you to try again. Press the “Hint” button at any time for some help.

solution. Do not immerse this toy.

Music
Fetch invites you to press a letter to make music. Press consonants to build a song note-by-note. Wait a moment and Fetch plays them back to you. Press a vowel to hear a whole song as Fetch barks along. Press the “hint” button to play back the last song.
