• Always attach by all provided fasteners (clamp) tightly to a crib or playpen according to the instructions. Check frequently.

Battery Compartment Door
• Locate the battery compartment on the back of the base.
• Loosen the screws in the battery compartment door with a Phillips screwdriver. Remove the battery compartment door.
• Insert three “C” (LR14) alkaline batteries.
Hint: We recommend using alkaline batteries for longer life.
• Replace the battery compartment door and tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
•When sounds or motions from this toy become faint or stop, it’s time for an adult to change the batteries!

Battery Installation
Batteries may leak fluids that can cause a chemical burn injury or ruin your toy. To avoid battery leakage:
• Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types: alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium).
• Insert batteries as indicated inside the battery compartment.
• Remove batteries during long periods of non-use. Always remove exhausted batteries from the toy. Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose of batteries in a fire. The batteries may explode or leak.
• Never short-circuit the battery terminals.
•Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type, as recommended.
• Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
• Remove rechargeable batteries from the toy before charging.
• If removable, rechargeable batteries are used, they are only to be charged under adult supervision.

“Snap” the head onto the neck.
• Gently pull on the head to be sure it is secure.
•Slide the neck into the slot in the base, as shown.
• Insert the #6 x 5/8” screw into the hole in the neck. Tighten the screw with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.

• Position the canopy with the open side facing down.
• Fit a soft animal string through one of the slots on the canopy.
• Pull down gently on the soft animal to secure the string in the canopy.
• Repeat this procedure to attach the remaining soft animals to the other two slots in the canopy.

• Fit the string from the head into the slot in the center of the canopy.
• Slide the knot to the narrow end of the slot and pull down gently on the canopy to secure it on the string.

Attaching the Mobile to a Crib
Mirror
Top Crib Rail
Fit the mirror onto the top crib rail so that the threaded peg extends out of the crib. Hold the mirror in place.
•Slide the mobile assembly onto the threaded peg from the mirror so that it also rests on the top crib rail.
• Fit the clamp onto the threaded peg and turn it clockwise to secure the mobile to the crib rail. Do not over­tighten the clamp.

•Press this button to choose from four different songs.
Hint: To r estart the mobile, press the song select button again.
• Locate the power/volume switch on the base.
• Slide the switch to either: on with low volume or on with high volume .
• Music begins as the animal friends “dance” over baby’s head.
•Slide the power/volume switch to the off position when not in use.

• Slide to short play
for about 3 minutes
of music and motion.
• Slide to long play
for about 7 minutes
of music and motion.
•Slide to this position for about
3 minutes of motion only (no music).
