Dress & Dance™ Dora

INSTRUCTION SHEET

Please keep these instructions for future reference as they contain important information.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Remove and discard the “Try Me” pull-tab from the bottom of the toy for normal play
function. Once the TRY ME pull-tab is removed, the toy will perform its full play pattern
as described below.

TO BEGIN PLAY

Be sure the ON/OFF switch is in the ON position.
The ON/OFF switch is located on the bottom of the doll.

HOW TO PLAY

Dora comes with two dresses so she can dance two dances:

"pull-tab"

BALLET

• Dress Dora in her ballet dress:
Insert the flower pin into the doll as shown.
Wrap the skirt around Dora’s waist and close using the fabric fastener.

• Raise Dora’s arms over her head.

• Press the jewel on Dora’s necklace
to begin her music and dance.

NOTE:

• You can press the jewel on Dora’s necklace at any time to
interrupt her music and dance.

• Dora dances best on a hard, flat surface.

MERENGUE

• Dress Dora in her fiesta dress:
Insert the bow pin into the doll as shown.
Wrap the skirt around Dora’s waist and close using the fabric fastener.

• Lower Dora's arms in front of her
and they will move up and down as
Dora dances to the merengue.

• Press the jewel on Dora’s necklace
to begin her music and dance.

• If the arms are not functioning
properly during merengue mode,
you can reset them by first raising
them up over Dora's head, and
then lowering them back down
in front of her again. This will
reset the gears inside the doll.

Toy Sleep Mode:

• If the toy is not played with for more than 20 seconds it will
automatically shut off to preserve battery life.

• Press the jewel on Dora’s necklace to resume play.

• Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.

• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the product before
being charged (if designed to be removable).

• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision
(if designed to be removable).

Unscrew and lift
cover away from
back of product.
Replace batteries
as shown.
