ASSEMBLY
Attaching the Light Bar
• Carefully feed the wires attached to the bottom of the light bar down into the slot in the car. Fit the tabs on the bottom of the light bar into the slots in the top of the car.
• Press down on the light bar to "snap" it in place.

Proper label application will help keep labels looking their best! When applying labels, keep the following guidelines in mind:
• Wash hands before applying labels.
• Before applying labels, wipe the surface of the toy with a clean, dry cloth to remove dust or oils.
• For best results, avoid repositioning a label once it has been applied.
Attaching the Wheels
• Insert and “snap” the two larger wheels onto the back axles.
• Insert and “snap” the two smaller wheels onto the front axles.
One-time assembly is now complete.

Battery Safety Information
Batteries may leak fluids that can cause a chemical burn injury or ruin your toy. To avoid battery leakage:
• Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types: alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium).
• Insert batteries as indicated on the backpack.
• Remove batteries during long periods of non-use. Always remove exhausted batteries from the toy (product). Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose of batteries in a fire. The batteries may explode or leak.
BATTERY INSTALLATION

• Locate the battery compartment door on the bottom of car.
• Loosen the screw in the battery compartment door with a Phillips screw­driver. Remove the battery compartment door.
• Insert three, “AA” (LR6) alkaline batteries, as indicated inside the bat- tery compartment.
• Replace the battery compartment door and tighten the screw with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
• When lights or sounds from this toy become faint or stop, it’s time for an adult to change the batteries!
Hint: We recommend using alkaline batteries for longer battery life.

• Never short-circuit the battery terminals.
• Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type, as recommended.
• Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
• Remove rechargeable batteries from the toy (product) before charging.
• If removable, rechargeable batteries are used, they are only to be charged under adult supervision.

• Locate the power switch on the bottom of the toy.
• Slide the switch to the •position to turn the toy on. When you're finished, slide the switch to the off o position.

• Return the windshield to its normal position.

LAUNCH THE CUFFS!

• Do not launch the cuffs at close range.
• Only use the projectile (cuffs) supplied with this toy.
• Do not fire at people or animals.

• To load the cuffs, grasp the key on the end of the cord near the back bumper and pull the cord back through the launcher until the cuffs lock in place.
• Press the release button on the hood to launch the giant handcuff.
