Diamond Sear Cooking Grids

• Trapezoid cooking grids promote more optimal heat transfer to food. With more surface area, similar to a griddle, the trapezoid shape with angled sides improves the ow of heat to the cooking surface.

• The trapezoid grid is easier to cook on as foods release from the surface more easily with less sticking.

Advanced Heat Distribution System

• Trapezoid grids have more contact surface than round grids. This provides more points of contact that help to sear your meat better and faster.
