1. Zweckbestimmung

Lichthärtendes Ausblockmaterial für unter
sich gehende Stellen an Gipsmodellen.

2. Indikation

Ausblockmaterial für die Anwendung in Den­tallaboren.

2.1 Kontraindikation
Nicht anwenden bei erwiesenen Unverträg­lichkeiten oder Allergien gegenüber Inhalts­stoffen.

3. Anwendungsbereiche

Lichthärtendes Ausblockmaterial mit guter
Haftfähigkeit und Modellierbarkeit. Kanten­stabil nach dem Härten, kann mit Schleifin­strumenten nachbearbeitet werden.

4. Gefahrenhinweise

Beim Bearbeiten mit rotierenden Instrumen­ten sollte auf Staubschutz geachtet werden.
Beim Schleifen Objektabsaugung verwen­den. Auf eine gute Be- und Entlüftung der Ar­beitsräume ist zu achten. Das Einatmen von
Rauch und Staub ist zu vermeiden.

5. Anleitung

Ausblockmaterial wird auf die auszublocken­den Stellen des trockenen Modells aufgetra­gen, modelliert und im Lichthärtegerät, z.B.
FINOLUX 40-60s und im FINOFLASH MI
Stufe 1 ca. 60s polymerisiert. Die Dispersi­onsschicht wird mit FINOCLEAN entfernt o­der kann durch Auftragen eines lichtdurch­lässigen Fettes, Gel`s oder Wachses von
vornherein verhindert werden.

Während der Verarbeitung sollte Ausblock­material nicht dem direkten Sonnenlicht aus­gesetzt werden.

Nach Gebrauch ist die Dosierspritze sofort
wieder zu schließen.

6. Lagerung

P410 Vor Sonnenbestrahlung und vor
Licht schützen.
P411 Bei Temperaturen von nicht mehr
als 4-23°C aufbewahren.

1. Intended purpose

Light curing blocking-out material for under­cuts on plaster models.

2. Indication

Block-out material wire for use in dental la­boratories.

2.1 Contraindication
Do not use in case of proven intolerances or
allergies to ingredients.

3. Fields of application

Light curing blocking-out material with good
adhesive and modelling characteristics.
Edge-stable after curing, can be finished with
grinding instruments.

4. Safety precautions

When processed with rotary instruments at­tention should be paid to an appropriate dust
protection.

Use object extraction when grinding. Ensure
good ventilation of the working areas. Avoid
inhalation of smoke and dust.

5. Processing instructions

FINO LIGHTBLOC is applied to the areas of
the dry model, which are to be blocked-out,
and then modelled.
Now it is polymerized in a light curing unit,
e.g. FINOLUX for 40-60s or FINOFLASH MI
level 1 for approx. 60s. The dispersion layer
is removed with FINOCLEAN or can be
avoided from the beginning by applying a
translucent grease, gel or wax.
During processing FINO LIGHTBLOC should
not be exposed to direct sunlight.

After use the dosing syringe must be closed
immediately.

6. Storage

2.1 Contre-indications
Ne pas utiliser en cas d'intolérances ou d'al­lergies avérées aux ingrédients.

3. Domaine d'utilisation

Matériau photopolymérisable de bonne ad­hérence et modelage facile. Présente des
contours stables après la polymérisation et
peut être travaillé avec des instruments de
fraisage.

4. Mises en garde

Attention aux poussières dégagées lors de
l'usinage aux instruments rotatifs.

Utiliser l'extraction d'objets lors du meulage.
Veiller à une bonne ventilation des zones de
travail. Éviter d'inhaler la fumée et la poussi­ère.

5. Mise en œuvre

Appliquer le FINO LIGHTBLOC dans les zo­nes du modèle, sec, à combler, puis le façon­ner et le photopolymériser, par exemple avec
le FINOLUX, 40-60 s, ou le FINOFLASH MI,
niveau 1, pendant 60 environ.

Eliminer la couche de dispersion avec du
FINOCLEAN ou empêcher d'emblée sa for­mation en appliquant une couche de graisse
perméable à la lumière, de gel ou de cire.

Toujours bien refermer l'embout doseur ap­rès utilisation.

4. Indicaciones sobre los peligros

Durante la mecanización con instrumentos
rotantes conviene emplear protección contra
el polvo.
Utilice la extracción de objetos al moler. Ase­gurar una buena ventilación de las zonas de
trabajo. Evite la inhalación de humo y polvo.

5. Instrucciones

FINO LIGHTBLOC se aplica sobre los pun­tos a sacar en bloque del modelo seco, se
modela en el aparato fotoendurecedor, por
ejemplo, FINOLUX durante 40-60s y se poli­meriza en FINOFLASH MI grado 1 aproxima­damente 60s. La película de dispersión se re­tira con FINOCLEAN o se puede evitar desde
el principio aplicando una grasa traslúcida,
gel o cera.

FINO LIGHTBLOC no debe exponerse a la
radiación solar directa durante la mecaniza­ción.

Cierre el pulverizador dosificador inmediata­mente después de su utilización.

6. Almacenamiento

Materiale fotopolimerizzante per l'utilizzo nei
laboratori odontotecnici.

2.1 Controindicazioni
Non utilizzare in caso di comprovate intol­leranze o allergie agli ingredienti.

3. Destinazione d’uso

Materiale fotopolimerizzante di buona model­labilità e adesione. Dopo la polimerizzazione
presenta bordi stabili e può essere rifinito con
frese.

4. Indicazioni di pericolosità

Durante la lavorazione con strumenti rotanti
proteggersi dalla polvere sprigionata.

Utilizzare l'estrazione dell'oggetto durante la
molatura. Garantire una buona ventilazione
delle aree di lavoro. Evitare l'inalazione di
fumo e polvere.

5. Istruzioni

Applicare FINO LIGHTBLOC sui sot­tosquadri del modello asciutto, modellarlo e
polimerizzarlo in un fotopolimerizzatore, ad
es. FINOLUX 40-60s, FINOFLASH MI livello
1 ca. 60s. Lo strato di inibizione viene elimi­nato con FINOCLEAN oppure ricoperto di
uno strato di grasso, di gel o di cera.

Durante la lavorazione non esporre FINO
LIGHTBLOC alla luce solare diretta.

Dopo l’uso richiudere subito la siringa di dos­aggio.
